美企就特定计算设备及其组件提起337调查申请，华硕、宏碁等为列名被告

12月19日，美国XI Discovery,Inc.根据《美国1930年关税法》第337节规定向美国际贸易委员会提出申请，主张对美出口、在美进口及销售的特定使用索引搜索系统的计算设备及其组件(Certain Computing Devices Utilizing Indexed Search Systems and Components Thereof)违反了美国337条款。中国台湾地区ASUSTeK Computer Inc.of Taiwan、美国ASUS Computer International of Fremont,CA、中国台湾地区Acer Inc.of Taiwan、美国Acer America Corporation of San Jose,CA、美国Dell Technologies Inc.Of Round Rock,TX、中国四川Dell(Chengdu)Company Limited of China、美国Dell Products L.P.of Round Rock,TX为列名被告。
